After receiving 26" of new snow over the last two days, Timberline lodge
will begin full operation this Saturday (11/9), Sunday (11/10), and
Monday (11/11) from 9 AM to 4 PM on a base of 30 inches.
Timberline was previously not scheduled to open until next Saturday 11/16).
Even though Mt Hood Meadows received 10" new snow last night, they will
not be open until 11/16.
The opening of Timberline this weekend marks this season's first opening in
Oregon.
