Try The Wilderness Shop Madison, NJ I don't know how far north you were looking for but I presume you can pass through Madison from most places in central NJ. I imagine other outdoor/backpacking-type stores will rent also. Check the yellow pages in the areas you're interested in. Dennis R. Vogel AT&T Information Systems S. I have purchased clothing and equipment from them and havee been satisfied with the goods and the service.
