[net.usoft] Customer Support Application software wanted

Greetings and Salutations.

I am looking for a (data base) application  system that will track
Customer Support activities.

We have a Phone Room where calls from our  customers  come  in.  A
system is desired to allow our Phone Reps to  have  access  to the
customer's historical information and to allow the rep to  work in
a controlled environment, logging problems and  their  resolutions
(including changes we issue to solve their problems).

If any of you know of a system which even remotely resembles  this
scenario (and which could be modified to our specific needs) would
you consider mailing me such information and if  there  are enough
interesting responses, I will summarize them to the net.
