[net.lang.c] Dissent on a C style rule

I agree entirely with Bob Waldstein. I find the standard convention
offensive on logical rather than aesthetic grounds. I think of
incrementing and decrementing the indentation level as pushing and
popping (Hardly a novel idea!) The standard convention makes the
close bracket after-the fact, stylistically. It says "You just popped",
rather than "pop".
