[net.lang.c] C on VMS

I need to get some information about C running under VMS (if such
thing exists in the first place.)  If you have some experience with

DEC makes a C compiler which runs under VMS.  It looks pretty
good on the surface, but I reserve final judgement until we
have time to investigate further.  We are currently evaluating
the compiler and the associated library because we need to
write a VERY LARGE system on UNIX and then port it to VMS.
