[net.lang.c] C reserved word "entry"

The C reference manual lists "entry" as a reserved name.  Obviously
"entry" didn't make it into the language.  What was it for?

It was probably intended for the same thing for which it is used in
Fortran and PL/I: multiple entrypoints to a procedure.
