Well now we know that NSA can decrypt any message in some time, the only problem is that they'll get all possable messages (well all possiable 56 bit messages) Obviously there are still some problems, like how to tell if a particular 56 bit message piece is a 'good' piece or a 'bad' piece. There is more to the problem than just DES decrypting the message. -- Stephen C.
