I have been watching as the "We Are the World" song climbs on the local charts and am curious now. How much money has been collected for the cause? Does anyone know the break down according to video, album, sweat shirt, and all the other paraphernalia for sale? Where exactly is all the money going to? How much to the hungry in Africa, how much to the hungry in the rest of the world? What about "Tears Are Not Enough"? How much did "Band-Aid" generate for the cause?
