      Non-technical question regarding EQUEL(embedded quel interface to C)
     ---------------------------------------------------------------------

   In EQUEL, all routines and globals begin with the characters "II", and so
   all globals variables and procedure names are of the form "IIxxxx".
   eg., IIwrite, IIerror, IIinterrupt.
   My question is this: How is II pronounced, usually? Double I? I,I? Two?????
