[net.lang.c] "entry" as reserved word

Just for fun, I made a product of ours that parses C warn when it sees
"entry" as an identifier.  I found, to my amusement, that "entry" is in
use as an identifier under System V Release 0, I think in <a.out.h>.
Alas, poor entry.

struct(1) in V7 (and subsequent Unixes?) also uses "entry" as an identifier.
