[net.lang.c] System V cb

I love the System V cb.  Really.  I do a lot of automatic generation of
C, and I was hoping that cb would enable me to inspect the output more
easily.  Unfortunately, it sometimes chooses to split long lines containing
++ right between the + symbols.

Alas.
