[net.lang.c] Guidelines on C Programming: Style, standards, recommendations

We are in the process of setting up coding guidelines.  We would like a 
well-written sensible document describing guidelines on C programming.  
(Well-written, so people CAN read it and sensible, so people WILL follow 
it).  If you know of such a document, please send it to me.
