[net.lang.c] Postings about micros to net.lang.c

Lately I've been seeing lots of messages that have nothing to do with the
C programming language in net.lang.c.  They seem to be coming from
somewhere in  ARPA-land.  Does anyone know where these messages are
coming from and why?

I believe this is due to a problem with some news software on BRL-TGR.
You will probably see a more definitive answer shortly.
