[net.lang.c] need recommendation on IBM PC versi

There is a public domain version of Make on USC-ISIB <info-ibmpc>.
It works reasonably well; I have used it only on a small system.
Major problems are: its syntax is "slightly nonstandard", and
it continues even after an error message.

There is a commercial Make called PolyMake that doesn't have either
of these problems. However, the public domain version is slightly
more compact, which makes a difference if you try to run it under
under an Epsilon shell buffer.
