[net.lang.c] wanted: C compiler recommendations for pc's

  We will be building an application on an IBM clone using C.  I 
would appreciate remarks on the quality of the various available C compilers.  
Comments might include, for example, the compiler's compilation and execution 
speeds, documentation quality, customer support, function library completeness,
and object code size.
