Zaxxon for Colecovision is out!!!
first the bad news: The cartridge is $50 and the graphics differ
slightly from the arcade version.
Now the good news: there is nothing on the home video game market
that even approaches this game for sheer graphic excellence and
action. I doubt that there are even many microcomputer games that
can match this one.
I will submit a more complete review when I have had a chance
to play Zaxxon more. Meanwhile, for New Jerseyites, I got the
cartridge (which, at this writing, is still very difficult to find)
at Sam Goody's in Woodbridge Mall. the folks at Sam Goody said
they were the only store in that chain to get it, since the
distributor is in Edison and they can go and pick up their
stock, instead of waiting for delivery.
