I have seen an actual Atari 5200 Supersystem (?) with my own eyes and played Missile Command(tm) with my own hands. The joystick is not a cheap four-contact stick, but a true 360 degree analog one! This makes Missile Command a joy to play! The graphics looked exactly like the computer game, which I have played extensively. Having the pause, start, and reset buttons on the joystick is extremely convenient, and the 12 key keypad is used to switch options (bonus, 1/2 player, practice mode, etc). I wonder if those sticks can be retro-fitted onto an older Atari game and the computers? My only two complaints were: 1) The controller was too slim, causing an uncomfortable holding position for firing, and 2) The fire buttons (four in all) were too small and needed to be extended outward more for easier firing. All in all, the game has excellent graphics, and joysticks which beat Insmellavision and Coleakovision hands down. (The stick also rotates for a paddle as in Super Breakout(tm).)
