The joysticks I have on my 400 (Spectravision, don't recommend them) are supposed to work on either the 400/800 or 5200. The 5200 joysticks can't be too different. I saw a while ago on the net that there was a cartridge for the 400 (I think Missile Command, not sure) that goes into trackball mode when you hit ^T. Apparently trackballs are/were being considered for the 400 as well. The difference in the 5200's Pac-Man compared to 400 Pac-Man, as it was stated, doesn't seem to imply any difference in graphic capability. The cartoons referred to perhaps imply the 5200 cartridges are bigger than the 400 Pac-Man ones, which are impressive considering they're only 8K.
