When Mr. Doo! first came out it seemed (on the surface) to be a mere pac - man spinoff. For those of you aware of the purpose of the game there is a "fruit" monsters and ONE way to clear the board is to eat all the cherries. other ways to make it through the board include: a - get all the letters to spell EXTRA b - kill all the monsters c - get the mysterious diamond- which is what this article is about. Mr. Doo! is really an adventure sort of game based on the pac-man scheme! You tunnel underground, fight monsters, ambush monsters (by dropping apples), Your goal is to make it to higher levels but always to get the letters to earn free men. Here's the question: In the apples that you drop there is possibly a DIAMOND that earns you 8000 pts. and a credit. Someone said that it only comes out once every 20 games (maybe). Has anyone learned of anyway to get the diamond? What does it mean when the game "slows" down? When and why do the apples make the crying sound when dropping if there is no diamond?
