[net.games.video] Is this group alive?

Nothing has been received here for 2--3 weeks.
Is it our site, or is nobody posting here anymore?

I dunno. I haven't seen a thing in this group yet. I just recently suscribed
to it to find out what it was all about. Can someone out there inform me?

It is alive, however there is a curse on it. Seems some bozo keeps sending out
rmgroup messages for it without asking first. It also has a mysterious tendency
to slip out of the active file now and again.

It is supposed to be for discussing the latest and greatest video games private
and commercial. For what it is worth, I can see that the Amiga from commodore
has the potential of becoming "the" game machine of choice. It is the first
system I have seen that has had better graphics than the arcade games. It is
still a bit expensive ($1990 for a 512K system with monitor) but remember the
commodore 64 was $600 when it came out.

Until today, I didn't even know there was such a newsgroup, or that I
was subscribed to it!
