[net.lang.pascal] Needed--- Waterloo type routines for ANSI pascal.

Help me - please.

I need some waterloo type string handling routines written in ANSI pascal so
I can use some waterloo code without re-hacking it.  Routines such as
comparison, get from string, get substring, etc. are what this needs.
