[net.mail] decwrl mailer

It is with great pleasure that I report decwrl's mailer now generates
a header which UCB's "Mail" can reply to when a uucp link is used.
I believe the responsible people include Peter Lipman, David Goldberg,
and Forest Baskett. Thanks, guys.
