[net.mail] Mail to the Berkeley Campus

In recent months there has been some confusion as to how to
mail to sites on the Berkeley Campus.  Therefore, here is
how to get to them:

    ...!ucbvax!machine.user

    Where machine is:  

	ucbear   ucboz     ucbarpa   ucbbach ucbbrahms
	ucbcad   ucbcalder ucbcartan ucbcory
	ucbdali  ucbdegas  ucbernie  ucbesvax
	ucbic    ucbingres ucbkim    ucbmatisse
	ucbmedea ucbmiro   ucbmonet  ucbtopaz
	populi

What madness is this?  Surely Berkeley has the resources to add one
line of code to their mailer to convert '!' into '.'.
