[net.mail] "Reply-To" lines

dave@utcsrgv.UUCP (Dave Sherman) (12/01/83)

Some machines (e.g., some in San Diego) generate mail with a "Reply-To"
header. PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS when sending network mail. Berkeley
Mail believes it. I get:
From foo!bar!baz!bif!sdccs6!smith Mon Nov 28 00:00:00
...
Reply-To: smith

When I invoke "r" in the mailer, it tries to send it off
to "smith" on my machine. Naturally, it doesn't get to the
right place.
