[net.mail] bitnet gateway for uucp

the syntax (on the uucp side) for a bitnet address has changed. to send
mail through the gateway plz use an address of the form:

	      .....!psuvax!joe@psuvm.bitnet

where joe on psuvm is the intended recipient.
