*** In the talk on domain mail addersses one thing that semes missing from the systems that have been proposed (at least I think it should be present) is some way of "rooting" the address. In other words there is no way to tell that the mail program has receved a complete address or one in which some of the domains have been left off. I think that there are two ways to take care of this problem First each system should be resposable for sending out from itself only addresses that are complete. Second the addition of a rooting mark should be added like this pwd@pid.pid.ga.uucp <--- as we do it now (more or less) pwd@pid.pid.ga.uucp. <--- the last '.' says that this is a complete address. Another point that any domain mailer needs to conseder is that a number of sites will have a number of names under the domain system.
