[net.mail] dots on ends of domain addresses

Not a good idea.  Many machines would view that as an INCOMPLETE
address since they'd expect to find something after that dot.
As I understand 822, such addresses would be invalid.

It's unnecessary anyway.  Domain specifications are sufficiently
robust without adding on "embellishments" like that which would
tend only to confuse things.
