[net.mail] stamp out @{hosts}

When writing uucp map entries, please use

	{ hosts }!(LOCAL)

to describe your local area networks.  Some people (notably at Berkeley,
Utah and Rutgers) have been using

	@{ hosts }(LOCAL)

which makes pathalias generate mixed addresses (oh, all right, mixed routes),
which are Bad Things.
