[net.mail] Traffic lost at ncr-sd

While debugging a UUCP problem, our USERFILE was smashed, causing all
traffic to/through this site to be dropped.  Any traffic sent here
between January 2 (Thursday) and January 5 (Sunday) should be resent.
Sorry about all this.
