[net.mail] Truncated Maps

Well, with about 13 map files posted to mod.map, 5 have been truncated
at about 64k.  Sound familiar?  Would it be too hard to keep them
under 64k?  

This has happened for some time now.  Considering the amount of traffic
generated when someone does it in net.sources*,  I decided to wait and
let someone else complain.  I haven't seen any.  Odd?  I only noticed
because most of our state got trashed once, generating large path costs
everywhere.
