[net.micro.zx] Sinclairs and printers

I just bought a TS/100 (with 16K expansion) and would like to get a printer.
I know it can use one. It even has memory reserved for the buffer. But where's
the port? Do I have to take it apart? Also, since it has its own character set,
will any printer work? (These may very well be stupid questions. No flames
please. I admit my ignorance.)

To use any printer other than the TS 2040 (the Timex printer), a
special interface is necessary (at the moment, I'm not sure
where one might be available).

Whether using the Timex printer, or a different kind with an
interface, it is just plugged in the rear expansion port.
The connecting cable, however, will have an additional male
connector into which the 16K RAM expansion, among other
peripherals, may be inserted.

Best of luck.
