[net.news.config] pur-ee takes a holiday

pur-ee (a.k.a. ecn-ec) will be taking a Christmas break.  On Monday
December 20th, pur-ee will go down for 3 days.  All Purdue UUCP
to off campus sites runs thru pur-ee (I believe).  Merry Christmas
