[net.music] MIDI <-> CP/M-80

I am looking for any information on interfacing my Otrona Attache
(CP/M-80, z80, rs-232, rs-422, std bus)  to a MIDI synth.
Any pointers to available hardware, software, books, etc, will be
greatly appreciated.
