utcsstat has been down since about 0800 on Monday, Sept. 5 with, you guessed it, power supply trouble (the bane of the PDP-11 line). Given DEC's unwillingness to believe customer diagnosis and our wonderful, 16-hour per business day maintenance contract, utcsstat may be down for another day or two. Geoff Collyer, utcsstat!geoff.
