[net.news.config] Site "hao" unable to dial out

Over the weekend, our phone system was converted to a Harris digital
system.  As a result, we are unable to dial out because Harris
doesn't seem to recognize the pulse tones generated by our Vadic
3451PA dialer.  We will be trying to come up with an alternative soon.
I urge all system administrators of sites who speak to us to please
call me ASAP.
