Decvax probably did miss Armando, but the source of its problems was a buffer ettiquette bug in the file system code. The road to recovery is arduous, however. Despite the efforts of a runaway uuclean to relieve us, we have a large uucp traffic jam. The chances are about even that any particular piece of mail routed through decvax in the last two weeks has been lost. No excuses, we should have turned off uuclean while we were having problems. Decvax will currently refuse to accept additional incoming traffic when its backlog is too large. This imposes some additional delays, but should keep the situation here from exploding. Our intention is to avoid losing any more mail. --jmcg
