There is some sort of problem on the utzoo-linus link. They're not
calling us and we're not getting through to them. And the new
redundant news link via clyde-watmath turns out to be not as redundant
as we thought. At the moment Eastern Canada is getting outside news
but news from us is not getting out (net.news.config travels by some
extra paths, so it's an exception). With luck this will be cleared
up shortly.
