Site sask now calls alberta for news. We have installed a 300 baud direct line between our two sites and poll hourly. Alberta will also transmit to and receive news from ubc-vision when a few telephone problems are solved. Nearly all news transmitted between ubc-vision and alberta re- cently has been from east to west, because of the feed from ihnp4. Most of the news received from ubc-vision was news gen- erated in BC and the Seattle area. Still no end in sight in the telephone dispute, although Edmonton Telephones did achieve a minor victory recently. Sask now has the following outside connections: alberta polled hourly ihnp4 calls several times a day utcsrgv calls nightly utah-cs polled nightly Sask has the following news connections: hssg40 Hospital Systems Studies Group dvlcn Develcon Electronics Ltd.
