[net.news.config] Wanted: paths to replace broken connections

Recently I've been following net.news.config, trying to keep track of
down sites and broken connections.  Our pathalias software has made up
for most of the losses, but there are a few sites which seem to be
completely cut off.  Would anyone happen to know of working paths to
replace any of the following?
