The news feed to utzoo -- and as a result to much of Eastern Canada --
has been extremely erratic for the last week, and continues so. Nobody
knows what is wrong with the "...!clyde!watmath!utzoo..." path, or if
they do they haven't seen fit to tell anyone. The "...!linus!utzoo..."
path has been having problems at linus of late, but last I heard they
were temporarily under control. Again, nobody's told us anything.
Anyway, the moral of the story is, don't expect your latest flames to
get replies from the folks up here; we aren't seeing them at the moment.
We'll try to clear this up as soon as possible, but there's little we
can do when the problem is in our feeds rather than our own system.

Utzoo and watmath exchange news, so normally each provides a backup feed to the other. But watmath's feed from clyde has been erratic at the same time as utzoo's feed from linus has been. Net result: nothing has arrived for the last few days, though some seems to have come in last night. I'm sufficiently busy that news can dry up for several days and then resume without me noticing at all - I'm often many days behind in reading.
