This is just a short note to warn you that messages may begin appearing
at any time from site "xetrov", which is Vortex Technology's
MSDOS UUCP/mail/netnews development system. Site "xetrov" will not be
accepting or generating mail on a regular basis, but occasional
messages may materialize at intervals.
