<> Something weird is happening here: We haven't had an update to the majority of the newsgroups since Oct 17. However most of the directories (ie., net.unix) show last write date as current date. Now I don't know enough about notes to make an intelligent comment, but is it broke here, or is the net unusually quiet?? Ross M. Greenberg @ NYU ----> allegra!cmcl2!acf4!greenber <----

<> I take it back... I've gotten a lot of mail telling me the net isn't down. Here's my response to all who are about to reply: Subject: Thanks.... Thanks for your quick response....I found out that our site administrator had "turned off" the feed for the last two weeks, only allowing interesting notefiles (like net.bugs.uucp.defunct :-) ) into our machine. In his greatness, we are back online, and I have two weeks to catch up on (Oy veh!) Thanks again Ross M. Greenberg @ NYU ----> allegra!cmcl2!acf4!greenber <----
