[net.news.config] trwspp subnet down 12/22-1/1

Due to the TRW holiday shutdown, trwspp and its subnet
(spp1,spp2,spp3) will disappear from the network on
Saturday, 12/22 and reappear on Wednesday, 1/2/85.

This shutdown information applies ONLY to trwspp and
its relatives, and does NOT necessarily apply to other
TRW facilities.
