This announcement represents two changes that have occurred at topaz.
First there are a number of sites that we now talk to that we didn't talk to
in the past. Second, our ACUs are working properly for the first time
allowing us to upgrade the weights associated with some of the sites which
we have communicated with all along. If you're running pathalias, it will
probably be easiest if you simply replace your current connectivity
information for topaz with what follows. This data is the most up to date
(as of Jan 27th). (Note - some people have reported that their mail is not
reaching us. Check your data - ucbtopaz uses the nickname topaz internally
and your pathalias data may be forwarding your mail to the wrong place...)
