I'm seeing some mail being returned to people trying to mail through sites
that nsc no longer is talking to because of the recent cutbacks in our
connectivity. For those that may have missed it the first time through,
here is the latest connection list for nsc. Please update any routing
software you might have -- mail sent through sites we no longer talk to
will simply be returned.
