Well, planning seems to count for something. Nsc is back up and on the air
(actually, the modems came up at 9PM, after about 14 hours) and is a fully
functional (we think) 785 running the BRL version of 4.2. news has been
upgraded to 2.10.3B and everything seems stable, so we're back well ahead
of schedule. yipee!
