[net.news.config] net.politics and net.religion.jewish available from lsuc

I have arranged for lsuc to call watmath directly to pick
up two of the newsgroups which were dropped by utcs and
which will be dropped by utzoo: net.politics and
net.religion.jewish.  If you're in the Toronto area
