We have been caught by the six character site name limitation when we
brought up Perkin-Elmer's System V implementation (Xelos). As a result
our site will have to change it's name. The change will be to shorten
our existing name (nrcaero) to 'nrcaer'. Site 'dciem' (our main feed)
is working to ensure that no mail gets lost because of the change.
I am sorry for any trouble this may cause.
