[net.news.config] spar will be going away..

_   ..starting saturday, jan 11, for a few days at most (we hope) in order
    to replace our rusty and disease-prone VAX 780 with a cheap imitation 
    computer.

    This will probably affect those at epson at turtlevax who are reputedly
    downstream from us, or anyone unfortunate enough to route mail through
    spar.

    We plan to modify the local DrivelNet topology as below:
