Due to budgetary considerations (i.e. we got a whopping phone bill) the phri-pesnta link is being shut down. The plug will be pulled sometime in the next few days. Phri can continue to be reached from allegra, cmcl2, philabs, and an assortment of other local sites. Well, it turns out that 1) the phone bill wasn't as bad as it first seemed and 2) I've been able to convince the "people upstairs" to keep the link open.
